Management System Execution Assessment

Scoring & Ranking Report

Overview of the Assessment

This Management System Execution Assessment evaluates an organization's ability to execute strategy through a set of 15 questions. Each question is rated on a 1-5 scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree) indicating the extent to which the organization exhibits a given best practice. The questions are grouped into five key categories that cover the end-to-end execution system, from strategic planning through performance management and continuous improvement.

Scale and Interpretation: A higher score (closer to 5) on a question or category means the organization agrees that the practice is in place (a strength), whereas a low score indicates a disagreement (a gap or weakness). After answering all 15 questions, the results will show:

- Category scores -- sum of ratings for questions in each category (with an average score for that category).
- Overall score -- a weighted average of all category scores, emphasizing critical execution areas.
- Execution gap tier -- one of four overall performance tiers based on the total score: High Gap, Moderate Gap, Strong Foundation, or System in Place.
- Executive summary -- a short narrative describing the organization's execution strength and where to focus improvements.
